Shipping Information

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 1-3 business days.  Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder or may be made to order.  This may cause some items to be further delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Please note that for international orders, Tiny Planet Ink is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at tinyplanet8@gmail.com for further instructions. Defective items must be received by us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund.

Sales Tax

Colorado residents will be charged an 8% sales tax.
